We cater for all abilities from people who have never jumped on a trampoline to the people who have done trampolining their whole life! Trampolining is a great way to be active, meet new people and get involved in life outside assignments and lecture theatres!

We compete in four competitions a year; Munster Open Intervarsities SSTO (Scottish Student Trampoline Open) ISTO (Irish Student Trampoline Open). Each competition is open to all members and the routines range from Beginner (Novice) to Elite.
